K-4th Grade Students

 

When: Wednesdays

March 6th, March 13th & March 20th, 2024

Time: 3:30-5:30PM


Location: Crossroads Church | 775 S. Thayer Rd, Lima

Cornerstone of Hope Lima, The Learning Tree & Crossroads Church are excited to present Building Up Kids: Battling Big Emotions Group! This is a professionally led hands-on learning experiences for K-4th graders. Students will use their creativity with interlocking bricks to learn:

  • Knowledge of how their brains are wired

  • Self-regulation and calming strategies

  • Healthy expression of emotions through colors and building

  • Practical techniques to cope with emotional situations

  • Increased self-confidence and empathy skills
